Mochi & toaster oven

Question

Sorry if it's a repeat -- not sure if it sent previously -- Amazake Mochi -- Og sweet brown rice, filtered water, raisins, cinnamon, sea salt Also, is it possible to kasher a toaster oven for Pesach? If yes, how? Thank you

Its ok for P Clean it and then leave on highest degree (broil if it has) for an hour CYA
