more ashkenaz

Question

my question about buying fish year round in a non-kosher market was not answered in my last q&a. Thanks for the other answers. Coke products have corn syrup in the ingredients except for those marked K for P. How is it ok for ashkenaz? The Dannon lite yogurt has 'modified corn starch' in it. This is okay too?
