motizi on bread and challa

Question

the rambam says in hilkot berachot (3:9 ) if i remember correctly that if you add oil, among other stuff, to bread dough you make mezonos (pas haabbaah bekisnin. almost all bread is made with oil, except mabe pita and french /italian let alone challah should we be making hamotiz on such bread if we are not koveia sudah on it? thank you
