Question

I read in the Rav's Sefer that copying pages in a book even with "all rights restricted" for PERSONAL use is permitted. *Page 320 Siman 19, Teshuvot Ketzarot, Inyanei Choshen Mishpat) Does this also apply to non-personal use such as resale or distribution? Thanks, and the Sefer is excellent!!!!!
