Question

There are those posting on the Internet that the music of certain great performers like Karduner is a "tefillah" They further say that these songs are a result of ruach hakodesh. Does the torah agree that music, ie a song, can be a "tefillah" or the product of ruach hakodesh? Please tell me the torah's opinion.
