navel piercing
Question
if a woman gets a navel ring: 1. is that considered a chatzitza, or can she dip with it on? 2. if technically allowed, would you know if the average mikve lady would still insist its removal? thanks.

Answered by Aaron Abadi1) If she never takes it out, it's Ok to leave it. Must be tough going through the metal detectors at the airport. 2) The average Mikveh lady would require people with "outy bellybuttons" to have them amputated, and make them "innys." (lol.... I had to say it. It was too good not to share it. They actually do it. It's called umbilicoplasty) AA
