Need to kosher Passover Dishes?

Hi, 1) I misunderstood your psak about oats and ate cherios during Pesach - do I need to kosher the bowls I used? 2) Am I chayav Karet even though it was an honest mistake? (I only read the cherios question yesterday) regards, sam.

1) No 2) No Karet. The Chametz might not even be edible. Just read more carefully in the future. AA
