Question

I recall seeing a teshuva wherein Rav Moshe writes that if a lady stuck out her hand first and she will be embarressed if you don't shake it (which, agreed, is VERY uncommon in this day in age) then the proper thing to do is shake it. Thanks.

I never saw that Teshuva, and I'm sure that Rav Moshe would not do that. Find the Teshuva and I'd love to see it. I've already seen 2 teshuvot where he said no good. AA
