What I write to you now I don't believe should be posted. Rav Moshe in evehn haezer sof siman 56 brought a limud zchus for those who shake ladies hands - he says that perhaps they are doing it only if she sticks out her hand first, but lemayseh it's difficult to rely on it. I feel this should not be posted, and i ask you not to, because rav moshe himself was reluctant to say this heter and i am very afraid that if this "heter" gets around that it will be used which is itself an abuse.
