negiyah and kol isha

Question

Kavod HaRav- I was wondering if the Rav could tell me where the issue of shomer negiyah is discussed, so i may learn it, and show others? Also, what are the halachot regarding kol isha? If it is lengthy, perhaps the Rav can insert it in the upcoming tzniut section... Thank you!

I will do that for both. You can start with the Rambam Issurey Biah #21. Also Shulchan Aruch Even HaEzer # 21. AA
