Nestle Swiss Chocolate

Question

Rabbi, I was recently in Europe and came by a chocolate bar called Nestle Swiss Chocolat Brut. I was told by a local that the Nestle products are kosher but wanted to run it by you. Product was made in Switzerland and the ingredients are: Milk Chocolate, sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, chocolate, soy lecithin, and vanilla extract.
