Netilas Yadayim

Question

Shalom, I was wondering what is the correct procedure of netilas yadayim if one needs to relieve himself just before he intends to eat bread? Should the person wash with a Kli both after using the bathroom and then again, or simply under a faucet for the bathroom and obviously a Kli for netlis yadaim for the meal? Thank you

you can wash once for both with a Kli and say Netilat Yadayim bracha first-then Asher Yotzar. YA
