netilat yadayim

Question

Hi- I know that in the morning right when you awake you have to wash your hands because otherwise everything you touch becomes tameh but always right when i wake up i have to go to the bathroom and i know that you are not allowed to pray when you have to go to the bathroom so im stuck.. i dont know which to do first? Wash hands or go to the bathroom? Also if i wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom do i have to make netilat yadayim?

during the night you do need netilat yadayim-3 times-no beracaha. In the morning first use the bathroom-then wash. Beracha should be said together with the rest of davening. YA
