Are there any rebbitzens in the NY area who teach kallot hilkhot Niddah in accordance with R. Abadi's pesakim (including his shitah regarding dam betulim)?

Not that I know of, but there are some who teach a slightly modified version, to avoid public flogging. Then you can email me and I'll set you straight. AA
