Nissan and misc

Kavod Ha Rav, Are there any prohibitions to visiting the cemetary during the month of Nissan. If a person prays shachrit at a mourners home (not during Nissan), and then prays at the shul for mincha, is that person exempt from saying tachanun during mincha? Thank you.

If one goes to the cemetary, they should keep 4 Amot (about 8 feet) away from the grave. No need to go at all. 2) No AA
