Question

I looked up the noda beyehuda yoreh deah chelek 1 siman 55. I did not see where he says not to pasken from past generation teshuvos. It's possible i missed it or i looked it up in the wrong spot, but could you just double check the source? Thank you.

Check #54 it's about Hilchot Nidah & it's his second or third paragraph. If you can't find it, I'll go look it up again. Aaron
