non-mevushal wine

Dear Rabbi, Any answer yet on my question regarding previously opened non-mevushal wine. Recap. If an opened bottle of non-mevushal wine is touched or moved by a gentile, does it render the remainder non-kosher?If yes, what if the cork was replaced and then touched or moved? Thank you, Martin
