Question

In going through your father's shutim I wasn't sure who he's refering to when he writes "mori v'rebbi zt"l" in some of his teshuvot (is it Rav A. Kotler?). Thanks

Look at the Hakdamah. He's talking about Rav Aharon Kotler. AA
