olives at fairway

Question

there are many different types of good quality olives in self serve buckets at fairway - no hescher. They are in different combinations, mostly olive oil, some spicy with peppers and garlic gloves, kalamata, greek, spanish, etc... but no animal products according to the manager. Are all or any OK? Thanks
