Omelette

Question

The restaurant I will be going to (actuallya diner) is owned by an Israeli (the chef might even be Israeli) but it is not kosher (it's kosher style, e. g., they serve milk and meat in the same restaurant (but not at the same time) they use less than reliable meats, are open on Shabbat) Can I get an omellette here. There is no bacon in the store.. What halakhot do I need to be concerned with.

They may use the same grill for an omelet with not Kosher cheese. Bishul Akum is not a problem, but tell them to cook your omelet on a cleaned grill, because you can't have cheese. If you taste cheese in your omelet, don't continue eating it. The odds of that are very low. AA
