Answered by Aaron Abadi1) No 2) It is a gemara that is brought down in Shulchan Aruch. 2B) It is part of a general prohibition of men touching women, and it was only permitted for father/daughter, mother/son, & so on. Not brother/sister. 2C) Yes AA
