one rav

Question

If i have a different rav that i follow is it still ok for me to follow you for kashrus - since we do rely on multiple hechsherim and i am not asking you for a psak just facts - whether it is kosher or not? I assume that if I can rely on you I still would not be allowed to rely on you regarding gelatin? Is this correct?
