Question

If I mistakenly cooked a food with onions in a non-ben yomo pot, is the food regarded as treif? If not, then what is the story ith sharp foods?

no cooked onions are not sharp and they are only sharp when raw in reference to a knife, the onion pulling taste out of a knife that is Ben Yomo. CYA
