Open on Shabbat?

Question

Is it permissible to eat at a Kosher restuarant (conservative hashgacha) that is open on Shabbat? Is it permissible to eat the chicken only if you are certain that it is Empire? Is is permissible to eat the Pastrami at 2d Avenue Deli in NYC?
