opening soda bottles/breaking letters

Question

Is it permissible to open soda bottles on Shabbos if the letters will fall apart? Can we apply PSIK RAISHA D'LO NICHA LEIH especially since "erasing she'lo al minas lichtov" is only forbidden midrobonon?
