orange juice

Question

Tropicana (100% juice from concentrate) orange peach mango. ingredients: water, Orange juice from concentrate, Apple juice from concentrate, grape juice from concentrate, pineapple juice from concentrate, peach puree, mango puree, naat. flav, lemon juice, ascorbic acid. last time i presented a tropicana juice you said it was ok because the grape was after the banana puree and therefore difinitely less than 1/6. I called the company (since it is 100% juice yet the first ing. is water). They said that the fruit is dried - releasing it's natural water, and then they reconstitute it, and the water in this product that is added for reconstituition is "about 50%" so that would automatically make the grape less than 1/6 so this is kosher ...right? thanks, henry
