Other soft cheeses

Question

When I read your answer to "Annony Mouse's" cream cheese question, I was excited to hear how the Rav now permits all cream cheese (with kosher ingredients) without a mashgiach temidi or frum Jewish ownership. What about cottage cheese, Ricotta cheese, or other types of soft cheese? Does your father now consider kosher all kinds of soft cheese whether the cheese company have a full time mashgiach or not? G'mar Chatimah Tovah and Chag Sameach to the entire Abadi family (and everyone else....)
