CAN YOU TURN ON AND OFF A GAS OVEV THAT HAS A ELECTRIC STARTER ON RODSH HASHANAH?

No. Either unplug the starter or turn past it quickly and then use an existing candle or fire to light it from. You can turn it off. AA
