Packaged food

Question

Dear Rabbi, I want to see if I understood correctly. Let's say if all the ingredients are kosher. If a food that would be assur (for bishul reasons) in a restaurant/store. If that same food by the same store is packaged up and sold it would be okay to eat? Thank you
