paper plates, etc.

Question

1) I have heard that some paper products, e.g., paper plates, cups, etc. may have starch, and so may not be "kosher" for Pesah. Is this true, or can I use any paper products on Pesah, without restriction? 2) How about foam plates, cups, etc.? Thank you very much!
