Parev items washed with meaty brush

Question

My cleaner accidentally washed a parev food mixer bowl, attachment and spatula with my meaty washing up brush with hot water. All items except for the attachment, which is metal, are plastic. It is very likely that the meaty brush was used to wash up meaty things last night. Has the status of the items now changed from parev to meaty (my husband is Ashkenazi and parev seems to be a bigger deal for Ashkenazim)? Thank you for your help.
