parve item based on ing. to be eaten with meat me
Question
Rabbi Please enlighten me with your opinion, let us presume there is a certain choclate-candy which may be eaten based on your opinion, due to the fact that all the ingredients are kosher and pareve (non dairy) however the producers of this candy also cook a dairy chocolate and thedairy composition would be more the shishim which is cooked on the same lines prior to this non dairy chocolate. now assuming it is all cleaned out in between and no residue is left in the cookers, and they even sanitise it with hot water over 200 degrees (because of their own reasons) is that HAGALAH or do you need to be POGEM the taste first by soap or detergent. now if it isn't hagalah i believe it is NA"t BAR NA"T allowed for sefardim to eat with meat but not for ashkenazim based on SHACH, would that make it a problem to eat a pareve item based on checking the ingredients and seeing they are kosher with a meat meal since it might of been produced on dairy equipment ?
Answer
Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiAshkenazim and Sephardim would be the same. Even if there is a little bit of milk chocolate in the machines it would be considered pareve. To avoid a long answer, look it up in Yoreh Deah Siman 96 #4. CYA
