peanut chews

Question

I always thought goldenberg's peanut chews were parve. I noticed I had to packs of peanut chews in my house with different ingredients (how strange!) The ingredients are: Peanuts; corn syrup; sugar; molasses; dextrose; partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed, soybean); nonfat milk solids: cocoa powder; soya lecithin, an emusulfier; salt. the other package has same ingredients but no nonfat milk solids. I think the one with the milk is newer. a)is nonfat milk solids a dairy ingredient b)can you tell if there is less than 1/60 and batel c)i typed in the ingredients with the correct punctuation. Why do most ingredients have a semicolon, the milk solids a colon, and the soya lecithin a comma. do these mean anything in figuring out the percentage of the ingredient thank you henry a)is thi
