peanuts and peanut butter

Question

i noticed that you hold that peanut butter is ok only for sephardim. i was not aware that peanuts were included in the gezairah of kitniyot. and if peanuts are ok then 100% peanut butter shoul;d be good for ashkenazim as well. or i am woring about the peanuts?
