Pearls pitted Kalamata olives

Question

Hi, I have 2 questions about this product. 1. Is it kosher for all year round? The actual jar does not have hashgacha, but a single serve container of the same product does have an OU, and you actually OK'ed this product for Passover last year. 2. If it is generally kosher, is it also good for Passover? Ingredients: Olives, water, red wine vinegar and salt. Thanks!
