Permissible 51 weeks a year

As an Ashkanazy, I use the products on your Pesach List, listed as Kosher for Sephardim only , the rest of the year. If the only reason for me not to use the Pesach product is because it contains kitniyot, then that product should be permissible for Ashkanazim the rest of the year when kitniyot are not a problem. Am I making a correct assumption? I wish you blessings for continued success.
