pesach

Question

shalom Rabbi, am i correct to assume the bottle of live oil in question has been used prior to pesach but one can use it? am i allowed to use spices that are in jars but i have been using them all year? on your pesach list lowry seasoning is mentioned. the brand i have is mccormic is this brand o.k. for pesach? thank you
