pesach list

Question

Hello Rabbi, I'm new to this website and when i saw your pesach list i was in shock! Are ALL the items on this list 100% kosher for pesach even if they do not have a kosher for pesach sign on them? I am confused...i don't know if u are listing things that say KP on them or if these are items that do not say KP on them but yet really are kosher for pesach. please clarify this for me. THank You!!
