I'm wondering about McCormick Mixed Pickling Spice. It has these ingredients: Cinnamon, Allspice, Mustard seed (questionable!), coriander, bay leaves, ginger, chillies, cloves, black pepper, mace, cardamom and sulfiting agents. McCormick & Co., Inc. Hunt Valley, MD Thank you once again!
