pidyon

Question

I understand the basic requirements in order to have a pidyon. Both parents must be Yisrael, the first born is a male, no previous miscarraiges and the baby did not come out through a c section. Are there other circumstances that we have to look for that would not allow for a pidyon? i.e. if the baby has to stay in the hospital for a while for being too yellow/ jaundice? Thank you
