pizza

Question

I was eating a pizza, which I made a mezonot, after finishing it, I decided that I could really use another slice. Now i heard that on two slices you have to wash because it's a real meal. Do I have to wash for the second slice? If I didn't wash, do I still say Birkat hamazon? Thank you
