Plates
Question
1. When you are at a catering hall, the food is taken directly from the pot or pan and put on the plate. Is the plate still a keli sheni? If not, what is the reason why you can stilll use the plates for yourkosher meal? Is it because of the assumption that it was not used for non-kosher in the last 24 hours.
Answer
Answered by Aaron AbadiYes. The plate is Keli Sheni no matter where you are. The pot or pan that is cooking is the Keli Rishon, and the next item that receives this food is called Keli Sheni. AA
