Question

Three years ago my son started attending a Yeshiva that just opened up. In addition to tuition they requested from all parents a $5,000 pledge to be paid over 5 years. I agreed, thinking it would be a good school. Boy was I wrong. I pulled my son out of the school since the school has been a major disappointment. Am I still obligated to pay the remaining $2,000?
