Pop Tarts-Not Kosher

Question

With all due respect, the ingredients listed for the question regarding the kashrut of the Pop Tarts indicate that the product contains both gelatin (a highly questionable, probably non-kosher ingredient) and whey-a milk derivative. How can this product be "kosher-pareve" as stated?

Starting a statement with the words, "With all due respect" reminds me of the "Nisht oif Shabbos Geret," which means something like "not to speak of this on Shabbos. This is the prefix to any conversation that should not be had on Shabbos. Whey & Gelatin are both Kosher Pareve, and although you're entitled to your opinion, shouldn't we be entitled to ours? Do a little searching if you want to know why, or spend your time on OU.org. AA
