lichvod harabanim, the other day i overslept and was very late for work. i began to pray and when finished i realized that after putting on my talet i forgot to put on my tifilin. in that case do i need to just put the tifilin on and say the beracha and then take them off or should i put them on and repeat the shema and the amida?

Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiPut on your Tefillin and say Kriat Shema but not the amida. However if you are in a big rush, you don't have to say Kriat Shema either CYA
