Pregancy vitamins

Question

Lichvod Harav, Is there a Shabbat prohibition against my wife taking a daily vitamin specific for women who are pregnant? Thank you.

If the Doctor says she must take it in the morning, then she can take it on Shabbat. If not, let her take it right before Sahbbat and right after. Just get used to taking them in the evenings. CYA
