Pregnancy and fasting

Help Rabbi Abadi! I am 7 months pregnant and I have heard from different women who have asked their rabbis (my husband and I do not necessarily have a rav we can ask) whether or not they are required to fast on Tisha b' Av and Yom Kippur-some have told them no, and some have told them yes they must fast. At this point in my pregnancy I have a very hard time just going 3 hours without eating (i get up sometimes twice in the night to eat!-oddly enought thank G-d I'm not fat!)-so I am wondering if I can really do the fasts (the baby is due around Yom Kippur) Help!
