Pregnant Family purity

Question

Hello, I have read the laws of niddah booklet from Rav Abadi, and I have a question. My wife is about 6 weeks pregnant. 1. Should she wear white or colored underware? 2. If there is an unbroken stain bigger than a nickle, would this render a pregnant woman in niddah? 3. Could anything render my wife in Niddah while she's pregnant? If so, what? Thanks!!!

1. colored always except red & black 2. on white, yes - on colored, no 3. yes blood - but a doctor should be contacted CYA
