Rabbi, Sorry to ask the question again: is gelatin produced anywhere in the world acceptable, or only that which is made in Israel and America? Many products sold in and outside the U.S., containing gelatin, are produced in other countries. Is it possible that in these countries, gelatin is produced in a way that may render it non-kosher? Answered by Aaron AbadiAnything is possible, but in the U.S. and in the mordenized countries, it is made in a way that renders it inedible. It is cheaper and simpler to buy the mass produced brands than to make your own. AA
