Rabbi Eliyahu Ben-Haim is a big Sephardic rabbi and posek who is a Rosh Yeshiva at YU, heads his own Kollel in Queens, and is considered a tremendous talmid chacham. Not only that, he has been known to express very high regard for Rav Abadi and his halachic positions, particularly where kashruth is concerned.
